On CLTs you might get unrealistic results. We experienced this with “3-in-1 instant coffee” we tested — it received stellar results on CLT where it was prepared “by the book”, but failed after launch as consumers used it with twice much boiling water than we anticipated. With our approach respondents decide where and when they consume the product.
