Respondent locations are mapped; you can trust that we cover representative sample of the customer base. Live status is provided on a dashboard as with any CAWI survey.

Real-world results

On CLTs you might get unrealistic results. We experienced this with “3-in-1 instant coffee” we tested — it received stellar results on CLT where it was prepared “by the book”, but failed after launch as consumers used it with twice much boiling water than we anticipated. With our approach respondents decide where and when they consume the product.

No capacity issues — run multiple tests at once

We are not limited by capacity of few central locations or number of available interviewers. We can handle dozens of tests at once.

Short lead time — no advance booking of central locations is needed

Tests can be booked with little advance time. Pre-recruitment starts immediately.

We can implement any product testing protocol

We can replicate any protocol — all types of scales, any questionnaire flow. Based on the client commitment we will automate the process for full “turn-key” deployment.

We use unique QR codes to track each sample

To ensure that the respondent consumed the right product at the right moment of the interview, we ask to scan QR-code with their mobile device. Respondent won’t proceed if no valid code is presented.

Samples are delivered in thermal bags with frozen gel packs

Dairy and beer products, cosmetics and other temperature-sensitive samples are delivered in insulated thermal bags with special disposable cooling gel packs. We don’t use reusable plastic cold packs for food safety reasons.

Our thermal bags are branded and serve as incentive

We use cute branded bags that can be re-used by the respondent as lunch bags — and help us recruit new participants with “snowball effect”.

Food safety is a top priority

We comply with GOST R ISO 22000-2007 and implemented HACCP manual to ensure food safety of all samples we process and ship.

We are "mobile-first"

We enjoy all the benefits of working with connected respondents. We can leverage it by asking them to record short videos, do pantry checks if needed, support their open-ended responses with photo comments, and more.

    Autumn — winter 2019

    Closed beta in Moscow

    We will be offering our service for select end clients (CPG brands) on invitation, in “closed beta” mode.

  • Spring 2020

    Solution for research agencies

    We will be offering a “white label” solution for research agencies, allowing them to outsource their product testing fieldwork same way they outsource CAWI surveys.

  • Late summer 2020

    Automated solution for end clients

    After exiting beta we will be offering end clients to fully automate their product testing protocols and maintain libraries of norms. We plan to use Tiburon's “Fastuna” solution as the backend.

  • Autumn 2020

    Rollout to St.Petersburg and Yekaterinburg

    After achieving full automation we will be adding regional cities based on client requirements.
